■ Manager/Assistant Manager - Brand Alliances - PG/MBA in marketing from HMs or reputed institute with 3-5 yrs. exp. Should be innovate in implementing strategies with various alliances to position organisation as the most desired BRAND in the market place.

■ Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive - Marketing - MBA (Marketing)/Graduate with 2-5 yrs. exp. in marketing
co-ordination activities. He/She should have good communication, presentation and market analysis skill.

■ Assistant Manager/Sr.Executive/Executive - Sales - MBA {Marketing)/Graduate with 2-5 yrs. exp. in front sales and corporate sales. He/She should have good communication, presentation and market analysis skill. Candidates from Insurance, Banking and Real Estate will be preferred.

■ Executive Secretary- (2 nos.) - Male/Female Graduate with 2-5 yrs. of exp. in all secretarial functionsfortop management. Should have excellent communication & presentation, self drafting skill, computer proficiency, office management & co ordination skills.

■ Front Desk Executive/Receptionist - (Kalyan) - Graduate with minimum 2 yrs. of exp. in handling front office. Should have good command in English with pleasing personality and computer proficiency. Knowledge of handling EPABX system is essential.

■ Architect - GD Arch / B.Arch with 3-5 yrs. of exp. in designing & detailing of multi storey residential and commercial projects. Should be proficient in AutoCAD & 3D. Knowledge of BMC byelaws will be an added advantage.

■ Draughtsman-(Kalyan)-Diploma/ITI in Architectural Draughtsman with min 3 yrs. exp. Should be proficient in AutoCAD and preparing municipal drawings, working drawings, etc.

■ Sr. Site Engineer - B.E./Diploma (Civil) with 5-10 yrs. of exp. in execution of high-rise buildings & commercial projects. Also includes monitoring work at sites and to supervise day-to-day activities.

■ Quantity Surveyor- B.E./B.Tech/Dip (Civil) with 2-5 yrs. of exp. in Quantity estimation, BOQ & work-order preparation, rate analysis, billing and certification.

■ Quality Control - B.E/Dip (Civil) with 2-5 yrs. of exp. in Quality checking/assurance, material testing, concrete mixed designing. He/She should be good in mixed designing and computer application.

■ Security Officer - Retired from Defense (Army/Navy/Air Force)/ Police service with hands on experience in security control, mob control, CCTV, security pared, first aid, fire system, etc.
